Tameer Holding Investments

The UAE economy flourished during the late 1990s; and real estate regulations liberalized. Ayesh returned to the UAE in 2002 and expanded his land bank in addition to the ones he already owned, aiming to develop multipurpose properties under his real estate brand, Tameer Holding Investments. His team’s successes eventually earned Tameer a valuation of USD$5.2 billion by the Gulf International Bank.

Among the developer’s most prominent projects is the Princess Tower, which the Guinness Book of World Records recognized as the tallest residential tower in the world until 2015. The company also developed commercial office buildings such as The Silver Tower and industrial projects like the Emirates Modern Industrial Area, its first large-scale development.
