Nobles aims to build energy efficient projects. Our business model includes using renewable resources and certified materials making our developments sustainable, eco-friendly, and ethical while complementing local neighborhoods and landscapes. We strive to include SMART* designs enhancing home and work environments. Sustainability is paramount to the Nobles Group’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance goals. Our development and engineering teams constantly seek solutions that facilitate not only environmental responsibility but also reduce the overall long term operating costs typically associated with property assets.

Nobles’ real estate projects reflect international guidelines of quality. Our engineering teams hold themselves accountable to high LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) standards. These American and British based benchmarks present distinct performance criteria. LEED offers designations such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum while BREEAM assigns Good, Very Good, and Excellent ratings. When undertaking master planned or standalone developments, we explore all viable options from implementing gray water repurposing for irrigation to procuring taps with flow regulators as well as implementing renewable energy solutions, solar street lighting, and so on.

Nobles also seeks to include SMART* solutions in its mixed-use developments. These include sensors for automated lighting, climate control management, landscaping solutions, and more.
