Elia Transport Foundation and Nobles Properties Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement to Support University Students’ Education

According to the agreement, signed by Ghassan Naqqal, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Elia Transport Foundation, and Engineer Omar Ayesh, Chairman of the Board for Nobles Properties, the company will cover the tuition fees for selected students based on specific criteria, as well as provide a monthly transportation allowance throughout their studies. Additionally, the students will be involved in all development programs and both curricular and extracurricular training to enhance their skills and prepare them for the job market under the management of the Elia Transport Foundation.
During the signing ceremony, Naqqal noted that the agreement aims to reach more deserving and promising youth, providing them with the opportunity to complete their university education and contribute to the development of Jordanian society by equipping these students with the education and skills necessary to become productive, creative, and effective members of the community.
He emphasized the important role of the private sector in achieving development and supporting local communities within the framework of partnership and corporate social responsibility, commending Nobles Properties for its contribution alongside the Elia Transport Foundation in supporting and empowering Jordanian youth with various skills.
Naqqal affirmed that such partnerships with the private sector support the foundation's efforts to sustain its activities and benefit a larger number of young people.
On his part, Omar Ayesh, Chairman of Nobles Properties, stated that “signing this agreement continues Nobles’ efforts towards community service, aiming to develop and support deserving individuals. Our choice to support education stems from our firm belief that education is the foundation for societal progress and advancement.”
He added that global developments underscore the critical need for the IT sector across all commercial and industrial fields, which now dominates e-commerce, making our choice to support IT disciplines particularly significant.
