Executive Chairman

Omar Ayesh, the executive chairman of Nobles Properties, is a renowned real estate developer with experience in excess of 20 years. In 2002, he founded Tameer Holding, which grew to become a $5 billion brand name in Dubai. Under his leadership, Tameer became known for its global, regional and local achievements, most notably:

  • The development of the tallest residential tower in the world at the time, the Princess Tower, at 414 meters with 101 floors
  • The development of +80 million sqft industrial city
  • Winning the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Business Award in 2007 for the real estate category

Mr. Ayesh was was personally awarded the “CEO of the Year – Middle East” Award in 2007 and the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneurs Award” in 2008. He was also a founding and board member of Qatar First Investment Bank, valued today at ~$500 million.

In August 2008, Nobles Properties was established with the vision to revolutionize real estate in the Middle East. Today, the company operates much beyond that area, with projects in Africa, Europe, Asia and the US.
